Investments

At Brixton we focus on projects that we can ensure a financial return for our clients. To do this we focus on short term projects and opportunities. These opportunities include land assemblies, multifamily development and commercial projects as well as some single family developments.

Land assemblies have a quick turnaround allowing our team to utilize their skills in evaluating specific markets within a 6-18 month period of time. Land assemblies can be as simple as obtaining land in growth area and reselling or as intricate as taking lands, assembling them and adding to those lands as much as needed to make them profitable. This may include but is not limited to servicing, rezoning and preparing land for building.

Multi-family development and commercial projects are great for our investors willing to invest over a greater period of time up to 36 months. Our team evaluates potential projects on a weekly basis and only those that are deemed truly feasible for our investors are proposed for negotiation. We concentrate on smaller projects, less than $30 million dollars, as these are usually completed in a time frame that we can predict market conditions more effectively.

Current Opportunities

Aviva @ Central Park

Currently we are offering our clients the opportunity to buy into a townhome development in Port Coquitlam.

Aviva is the only townhome project under construction in central Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. Attached homes have increased in value over the past year by 8.4% and 40.6% in the past three years.

 

This development is located within walking distance to newer parks, shops and an ever growing downtown core, all of which are changing the look of this sleepy suburb to a funky magnet to Vancouverites looking for affordable homes.

The size of these townhomes also appeal to new immigrants and to seniors that are downsizing from their homes. AVIVA really does appeal to the masses and that is why our investors in this project have already realized a minimum $20,000 profit over a eight month period.

Riverside @ Gates Park

Riverside @ Gates Park is now completed. We are happy to report that our investors realized an average profit of 32%.
Many of our Riverside investors have now moved their investment funds to AVIVA.

 

Coming Soon

We are excited to announce three upcoming projects in Canada. The first is Pepper located in Chilliwack, BC. This exciting development project will include 115 condominiums built on over two acres of land. Pepper is in the development stage and zoning is completed.
