Brixton Developments Ltd. is a high-end, premium brand of property developers and builders based in Vancouver, Canada. Although our main focus at the moment is on projects based in and around the city of Vancouver, we have long term interests across the province of British Columbia and the West Coast. The company has an in-house team of architects and engineers. Kush Bhatia, Chief Operating Officer of the company, co-ordinates the entire team and makes certain projects are always delivered on schedule. Mr. Bhatia ensures each project has a strong team headed by builders familiar with the local municipal governments and always with a minimum of 20 years experience. Our Team

Kush Bhatia, President

Responsibilities: Kush is responsible for the designing investment strategies, setting investment policy and negotiating all opportunities.

Kush Bhatia grew Brixton from a small development company to a $40 million plus company per year. He has developed lands into single family neighbourhoods, multi-family communities, land rezoning projects and land assemblies. Kush is business man that believes that to understand the best way to make a project feasible is to have the knowledge, experience and building relationships.

Dr. Naushad Padamsee, Senior Financial Consultant

Responsibilities: Dr. Padamsee works in an honarary capacity creating investment strategies for our clients and ensuring the positive direction of the company's continued growth.

He completed a Ph. D. in Banking & Finance, he received an Hons. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Manchester, U.K., and has done his Certificate of Post Graduate studies in Engineering Management from Trinity College, University of Cambridge, U.K. and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business, USA.
Dr. Padamsee was the founder Chairman of Development Credit Bank (DCB), Mumbai (the erstwhile Development Co-operative Bank Ltd.), which has an asset base of over US $1 billion. He served as Honorary Chairman of the Bank for 15 years.

Krista Zeiger, Executive

Responsibilities: Krista is responsible for feasible studies and action plans. She is responsible for coordinating all necessary information on proposed projects to present to the team for review. She oversees development projects and works directly on land assembly projects.

Krista has worked in the real estate market for over 15 years in various capacities but the majority of her time has been spent representing private land holders. She was educated at the University of British Columbia and British Columbia Institute of Technology.
